These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of revamilk.com and purchases from Reva Milk. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with a parent or guardian’s involvement. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details. Keep any account credentials confidential. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or use another person’s payment method without authorisation.
Product information and food safety
Check the selected size, quantity, ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and product label before ordering or consuming a product. Ghee is a dairy product. Natural colour, aroma and texture may vary between batches and temperatures; images are illustrative. This does not remove your rights if an item is defective, unsafe, expired or materially different from its description. Website content is general product information and is not a substitute for individual medical advice.
Prices, offers and payments
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (₹). The checkout shows the order total, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available discounts before payment. Offers apply only under their stated conditions. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed through the relevant payment provider. Please keep your order confirmation and payment reference.
Orders and availability
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Fulfilment remains subject to stock, successful payment, delivery serviceability and review of genuine errors or suspected fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute a different product or ask you to pay an increased price without your agreement.
Cancellations, delivery and returns
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or address change. We will confirm whether processing can be stopped; a dispatched parcel may not be interceptable. Delivery and remedy arrangements are explained in the linked Shipping and Return and Refund Policies. Statutory consumer remedies remain available irrespective of a routine cancellation request.
Website content and reviews
Our brand materials and website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where law permits. Submit only reviews or material you have the right to share. Reviews should describe an honest experience and must not contain unlawful content or another person’s private information. Publishing a review does not transfer ownership of your content.
Errors, service interruptions and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate, but occasional errors or interruptions can occur. A material error affecting your order will be brought to your attention so you can choose whether to proceed on the corrected terms or receive a refund where payment was taken. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to approach an appropriate consumer commission, regulator or other forum available under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already placed.
